Still missing my coins. I pay money for the game and every new season!!!

Wasted my time again on study hall 10 games takes me all day. Is it just ps5 or whats going on. Last person said i should get a email and i did but it was just about a badge update for this website. This is ridiculous ive spent so much money on this game and then its almost 20$ a season. Im in school i cant afford to buy all of the packs. Im trying to grind and all i get is heart break. Please help. I would like to get all my coins or someone tell me that ea is ripping me off
