Targeted player count on Team Needs panel counts commits incorrectly

Please see the attached screenshot.

I currently have 2 EDGE commits and 2 more EDGE targets. The Team Needs panel shows that 2 + 2 = 6. You can see the same thing for OTs. I have 1 OT commit and 1 OT target. 1 + 1 = 3. Instead of subtracting the commits from the numerator like it does from the denominator, it adds them twice.

This basically makes the entire panel useless once you have commits.
