Team Builder Location Bug

Team Builder allows you to choose a city and state for the location of your program. However, recruit distances - and, as a result, how many points it costs to bring them in for visits - is tied NOT to the location you selected but to the location of the school you replaced. This is very frustrating. I built a school in Texas, chose pipelines based around Texas, and attempted to recruit Texas kids but they all cost 40 points to bring in on visits because my Houston, TX, school is apparently actually located in Ohio... incredibly frustrating
