This game sucks!!

I purchased the game the day it came out and have been playing for weeks without any major issues.  After the latest update the game has exhibited all types of odd things.  I run passing plays and a receiver is often missing from the route, the cornerback is lined up across from no one.  Sometimes I catch a pass with a receiver and he can't be tackled.  I do not mean he breaks tackles I mean he stands there and the entire defense is around him and the receiver just gets pushed up the field as the receiver stands like a statue.  Finally after suffering through these major defects in gameplay I never get to finish a game because the game crashes in the second quarter of every game.  I feel like I'm freaking playing a beta version of the game.  This is absolutely ridiculous!!  Why does EA think this is acceptable?  How can I get my money back?  I literally cannot play a game from beginning to end.  I cannot even make it to halftime.
