THIS IS SO TRUE!! I don't even want to encourage my guys to transfer due to this. I had a stacked QB room and wanted to see a guy do well somewhere else. Dude had Coastal Carolina as a top school. Nope...never went. Not one team got him and he was a high ranked QB. it makes no sense that every single player I encourage to transfer I never have to see them ever again bc the game makes them disappear.
