we'd actually like the OPTION to USE helmet stickers like, AT ALL, in the game, before the border around the decal of the static helmets stickers that appear on one team is addressed

Agreed, but I think we can also agree that one is a graphics issue and one is a programing issue and the last time I checked the same folks don't share duties. I think they can walk and chew gum at the same time.
