Adaptive AI - CPU does not call QB spy

I've seen the AI start running double-team coverage on a WR when they are going off in-game, but I haven't seen the CPU call a QB spy yet.

I just finished a season with Utah and Devon Dampier.  I ran for almost 1,000 yards, but never did I see a spy in a game vs the CPU.  I had several games that I ran for over 100 yards on scrambles.
