Road to The CFP 27: Suggestions.
Thanks for bringing back College Football video games! Here are some ideas! 1. "The Tailgate" (Social Lobbies) Bring back Online Lobbies, but rebrand them as "The Tailgate." * The Vibe: A place for players to gather, chat, and challenge each other. The Banter: College football is built on rivalries and talk. Having a space to find opponents and discuss the week’s real-life games while waiting for a match would add a massive layer of community engagement. 2. Advanced Player Cards & Sportsmanship Ratings In NCAA 11, we had player cards that told you exactly who you were playing. Let’s modernize this for CFB 27 to help curb "toxic" playstyles and reward "sim" players. Sportsmanship Grade: Track things like DNF (Did Not Finish) percentage, frequency of going for it on 4th & long in the 1st quarter, and "Running up the Score" tendencies. Skill Profile: Display Win/Loss record, Favorite Team, and Skill Level. Pre-Game Intel: Display these cards during the loading/matchup screen. While we see pass/run tendencies now, seeing a "Sportsmanship: C-" or a "DNF: 30%" tells me exactly what kind of game I’m in for. 3. Enhanced Results History Currently, it’s hard to track your "rivals" or keep a pulse on your history. Username Visibility: Please ensure the Opponent Username is clearly displayed next to every result in the Recent Games history. 4. Home Field Advantage (HFA) Tweaks The Stadium Pulse/HFA is a great feature, but it needs a realism pass to reflect how modern teams actually communicate. The Reality: Most plays are now fed in via sideline signals or the Coach-to-QB headset. Even in a deafening stadium, the QB usually knows the primary play call. The Fix: While HFA should still create a "rattled" environment, it shouldn't make the base play-art disappear entirely or be completely wrong. HFA should focus more on affecting player composure, timing, and execution rather than the QB simply forgetting the play sent in from the sideline. Closing Thought: These changes would move the online experience from a simple matchmaking queue to a living, breathing community. All Time Teams/National Champion Teams with Coach Selections or Correct Coach
Now look I know we aren’t getting this in CFB 27, but maybe in CFB 28? I’m a fan of the NBA2K All Time teams and I think they’re pretty cool, but I know that it’s hard to do 130+ teams but I would like something like that in the game. I want others opinions on this too could there maybe be National Champion teams with correct-ish playbooks for the year that team one the National Championship. For instance say you want to use the National Champion team from a 70s Oklahoma Team you could run an Option Playbook or a 2019 LSU and you can run Coach O’s playbook. Stuff like this makes a game more interesting to me because you can settle what teams really were better than others to your friends. This would also expand playbooks even more which I’m a huge fan of more plays and formations. What’s everyone else’s thoughts on this?Trophy Room
I feel like we should have a choice on what is displayed in trophy room. I have a couple of save files that I don't plan on finishing, but they are still sitting in there. I'm OCD about this and I know it really doesn't matter, but it would be a cool choice for the player to choose what plaques and trophies they want to have and look at.College Football 27: suggestions to the developers.
1. Dynamic Crowd Logic & Attendance In older titles, the stadium was a living entity. We need to see Contextual Attendance return. If a team is being blown out at home, the stands should visibly thin out by the fourth quarter. It adds a layer of realism and a "sting" to losing that static crowds simply can't replicate. 2. The Return of the "Momentum Meter" & Decibel (dB) Readings The NCAA 07-style Momentum Meter provided a visual representation of the game's "swing." Pairing this with a live dB reading for crowd noise creates a tangible home-field advantage. It forces the away team to feel the pressure and gives the home team a reason to keep the fans screaming. 3. Studio-Driven Presentation (Pre-Game & Picks) The broadcast needs to feel like a Saturday morning kickoff. The Desk: A pre-game show featuring a broadcast crew (similar to the old ESPN segments) to break down the matchup. The Picks: Bring back the "More Info" screen where analysts give their predictions. Seeing an analyst's icon next to their chosen winner—reminiscent of the Kirk Herbstreit picks in NCAA 14—adds weight to every game on the schedule. 4. Immersive "Media" in Dynasty Mode Dynasty mode feels most alive when the world reacts to your success. Moving away from sterile menus in favor of Magazine-style articles and digital headlines would go a long way. Reading a "Sporting News" style cover story about your star QB’s Heisman race makes the season feel like a journey, not just a list of games. Final Thoughts: These features aren't just nostalgia; they are the building blocks of immersion. Bringing back the "little things" like dynamic crowds and studio picks would bridge the gap between a "football sim" and a "College Football experience." EA Sports – Why Even Have Player Styles If They Don’t Save?
For the love of EA Sports… you still cannot change or save player stances under the Styles settings. For example, at running back, the default stance called “Wide” makes the player line up in this weird leaning pose that honestly looks like he’s standing on a street corner strung out on something. It has nothing to do with football and looks ridiculous. The bigger problem is that any changes you try to make don’t save. This includes position stances, running motions, and throwing motions. You can select a different style, but when you back out or return later, it reverts right back. This has been an issue since the game launched, and it still hasn’t been fixed. If these options can’t actually be saved, then why even have them in the game? Honestly, if you guys could just fix this one thing, a lot of us would forget about other issues like blocking mechanics, weather effects, or the coaching carousel. The core gameplay is fine, but this feature is completely broken. Please fix the style settings not saving bug. This occurs when editing player styles in the roster or dynasty player editor. Any stance, running motion, or throwing motion change does not save and resets back to the default after exiting the menu.EA college football 27
EA should have a create a player mode somehow some way and add pre halftime postgame shows in All modes and add different skin tones from lightest to light to lighter to dark to darker to darkest and EA should have it different hairstyles from Short styles to medium styles to long styles and really long like in college hoops 2k8 and you should be able to edit everything for at least the non nil players fake players and EA should make room for the create a player mode unlimited create a player mode and add create a recruit add change jersey numbers and have it you can put their archetypes at least for the fake non nil playersCFB27: Draft Classes into Madden After Year 5
I pray that some Game Devs actually take the time to read this: It's really an absolute effing shame that after all the work and enthusiasm people put into their dynasties with recruiting and building up players, that we can't proceed to export them into Madden. I don't understand why it is so hard. And before you give us the "contractually we can't cause of NIL and the NFLPA contracts" nonsense I'm gonna stop you right there. Shut the bleep up and listen. Code the game so that the first five years of a dynasty player export is not an allowable option. Then in year 6 and beyond every offseason you are now allowed to export players into the next game. This will ensure that no real athlete is brought into Madden thus no contracts are being broken AND us players get to continue playing. Cause let's be real...we don't want this as an option to draft Carson Beck. We want to bring that gem 3-star we recruited back when no one believed in him (or us) and bring him into the league. This should be absolutely doable. Using the NIL issue as a reason not to export players is just a lazy excuse. Fans of the game would absolutely understand the five season wait to get around NIL if they could then export their generated players instead. Also, from a financial stand point it will only boost sales to Madden because people will actually have a reason to buy that game again outside of online play. Last thing: Make Dynasty Mode 50 years. What are we really doing with this 30 year nonsense? At the very least make it 40 so that we can recoup the first five years we essentially would lose while waiting for the exportable player option to trigger. Yes, I know 40 would give us an extra 5 years....cut your consumers a break, jeez.Appeals, tos, begging
SimGuruRitzyEA_DarkoDiscoTebow idk I’m literally just @‘ing people randomly, but I have a major issue regarding CFB 26 and my account, I was falsely banned after I exited a match where my opponent De-synced me and essentially froze my game, I had to quit out and when I came back into the game I got banned for “cheating” I submitted my appeal on the 5th….. it is now the 20th and I have heard nothing back from any real people, it has been saying waiting on studio for such a long time now, this should be a simple fix and I’m not here to be mean or rude to anyone at EA, but you guys make it hard. I just want to play ultimate team again that’s the only game I play. Can I please get a response? Attachments are present as well, the video would not upload even though I am trying to link it. Can you guys please just hit up the tos team? Please I **bleep** near beg you.Solved
