auction house banned - College football 26

i’ve tried everything in the book to reach out to EA but can’t get my case to submit via mobile . i came home from work to find i’ve been banned from the auction house on college football 26. Any help someone could give me would be greatly appreciated. No notice was given, i’ve refreshed and tried to resubmit my case numerous times. i put so much time and money into this game. i don’t cheat , i don’t scam. all i want are answers.
