Hello. I have received a CFB 26 beta through my email. I then went to the Xbox store, redeemed the code, and it worked successfully! Unfortunately, it never downloaded and I cannot locate it anywhere. I have seen where some people have stated that I should go to my full library in “My games and apps”, but it is not there either. Can anyone please help me because I was looking forward to trying out the beta.

I just got it to install. I powered my Xbox off, waited a bit, then went to Full library and it’s listed under CFB26 College Test Realm.
Same here. Redeemed code, reset Xbox, and it’s nowhere to be found.
Go to settings… payment and billing… recent purchases it in there… then you should be able to download it
same thing happened to me I got a new email as well and lost my codes to everything
Same exact thing happening to me rn, follow all instructions and i cant find it on my xbox, im hoping it'd just pop up in an hour or so I guess
I had the same issue. Used the code it was there and said successful and then it wasn’t anywhere
