CFB 27 Wish List / Suggestions For Dynasty & Presentation

Dynasty Mode
Spring Game: Play spring scrimmages to evaluate rosters and test schemes

GPA & Academic System: GPA impacts eligibility, every recruit has a GPA, recruiting a bunch of low team GPA players can lead to penalties (scholarship reductions, bowl bans, academic ineligible players).

Expanded Staff: Hire academic mentors and athletic trainers for player development and injury prevention.

All-American Games: Watch or play high school all-star games featuring your recruits or the top recruits in the class.

Commitment Ceremonies: Have the ability to watch cinematic hat ceremonies of your recruits or the top recruits in the class.

Heisman Ceremony: Cinematic scene of the player standing and accepting the trophy.

Weekly Radio Recaps: National recaps like MLB’s "Inside the Show."

Custom Rivalries: Create new rivalries between seasons.

Player Mentor System: Upperclassmen help develop freshmen.

Off-Season Training: Custom workouts to boost attributes.

Former Player Coaches: Graduated players transition into coaching roles.

Transfer Portal Hot List: Midseason preview of potential portal entries.

Regressions: Players regress if underperforming (93ovr WR with 500 yds 3Tds, should regress in overall).

Studio Updates/Halftime Show: Bring back studio update graphics similar to those featured in the classic NCAA Football games. Take it a step further by having the studio update occasionally showcase a highlight play from another game in progress.

Celebrate with Mascot: New touchdown animations.

Cover Band Music: Bands play popular songs during breaks.

Corso/Herbstreit Picks: Show pregame predictions.

Rain Delay: Delays add strategy; stamina recovers.

Uniform Wear & Tear: Realistic dirt and damage.

Tailgate Scenes: Show pregame tailgating atmosphere.

Rivalry Animations: Extra pushing/trash talk.

Dynamic Bowl Crowds: Smaller bowls have realistic attendance.

Fans Leaving Early: Blowouts cause fans to leave.

Sideline Coach Arguments: Animated ref confrontations.

    The one thing I automatically agree with is custom plays. However, I'd love them to go even further and add custom formations as part of the playbook editor.

    FCS stuff is extremely unlikely to happen because people will mod the game to get the real FCS rosters, which is part of why we lost the game for 10 years.

    Create-a-Recruit and related things are redundant because of Road to Glory and mustn't be added.

    While generational recruits would be nice, I don't see them ever happening because they'd, almost certainly, be restricted to 5-star status and auto feels bad for appropriately-rated custom schools (Div. III Otterbein University as a cupcake, as opposed to a "homer" making it a juggernaut).

    A ton of your other dynasty-related and the on-field presentation stuff are boring and/or irrelevant to players and shouldn't be added.

    I feel like presentation is so lacking still, they claim they make big efforts in their gridiron notes and yet it sucks every single year with just 1 or 2 things added to a new 80 dollar game. I also would love to see the regression added because a big player needs to go down for underperforming.

    I feel like to me a lot of these would be great additions but sadly I feel that most cfb players would think that most of it is boring or a waste of time because they wouldn’t sit there and watch top 5 plays or even college game day and they would complain about the gpa affecting how their team plays even though it should because that’s part of the realism. I definitely would love to see a lot of your points added in the game even if I don’t think it will happen. These are great ideas that to me would make the game more immersive, much more fun and give something to look forward to and add the realism aspect that it desperately needs.

    ADD THE WEATHER CHANNEL FOR REAL TIME WEATHER AND ALSO HAVE REAL TIME IN THE GAME. MEANING IF YOU ARE PLAYING A GAME AT 5AM,IT LOOKS LIKE 5AM AND YOU EVENTUALLY SEE THE SUN RISE LIKE IN NCAA 14

    I thank y'all for adding create a recruit and could we add a shorter undershirt for people that hate the long undershirt and import draft classes to Madden all we do is lose our players after the graduate class draft class it really sucks

    -bring more customization to team builder teams, normal stuff like being able to pick your pre-done mascot and fight song/ music package... i have a whole thread of team builder requests --->HERE!!
    -fix pursuit angles

    - better weather logic

    - better and more thorough hiring process between dynasty seasons

    - management of helmet stickers in dynasty

    -custom plays

    - East/ West Shrine bowl after the season is over would be fun

    - allow us to upload our own music for the stadiums/ menu


    Not a fan of more cut scene fluff... EA will botch that up and even implementing the idea may make us sacrifice something in gameplay

    A few ideas I think would be sweet.  💥GM (AD) mode with the option to build a new generic stadiums as you grow a small school into a powerhouse.  💥Create new rivalries as you grow and move to bigger conferences. 💥Free up the coaching opportunities. Nothing like being a top coach and your favorite school not even looking your way.  💥Create a new conference with bowl options. Bring back the Big East!  
    💥Be able to go from my player into dynasty as a coach.

    Down tier coaching positions should be open to any player coaches who want to take them. I have a 2 time national championship winning HC and I'm limited to a few choices each year of what schools I could go to. You're telling me I couldn't just walk in to any open job and say "I'm coaching here now"?
