Coaching Tree

I think Coaching Trees should be a thing in CFB and Madden and like importing draft classes into madden from CFB retired players should be able to coach the postion they played in either madden or CFB...

Each coaching should get ratings from F to A+ in CFB and number ratings in Madden... 

In CFB head coaches should be rated based on overall team accomplishments as well get a bonus rating for individual success of the players like winning different awards and draft postion 

In CFB offensive and defensive Cordinators are graded by the success of the side of the ball they the success of the individual players on the side of the ball they coach...

Postion coaches should be graded based on the individual success of the players in postion they coach... 

Strength and conditioning coaches and Medical teams should be graded based on experience if they've been on teams that play conference championships and go deep into to the playoff each year their experience increases which gives them higher ratings...

The ratinging of the head coach gives a ratings boost to the overall awareness to the team and coaches under him... The ratings of the offensive and defensive coordinator should give an boost to the attributes that effects their side of the ball like tacking on defensive and blocking on offense... the ratings of the different postion coaches should affect ratings that are specific to the postion they coach like ball security for RB and spin move for Edge players... 

Coaches can be pursued by other teams and can be given incentives to switch teams like added boost to awareness in the 4th quarters of games in the playoffs...
