Crossover player

I literally don’t understand fr I did everything to get my crossover player and still haven’t received him im still kinda new to the ncaa 26 so my team isn’t the greatest I logged into 25 for like 5 mins bought a couple daily’s , and spent some training point and then went back to 26 nothing …. I did it a few time I even contacted ea help they sent me an email back saying its updated and fixed and it should be ready to go for July 11 , and still nothing im jus confused a little help ??
