Gameplay updates long overdue.

  1. Overall CFB 25 was a really good game and much bettergameplay than Madden 25, but as the franchise evolves I'd like to see some gameplay updates that i haven't seen discussed.  I couldn't really dicipher much gameplay difference in CFB26 beta during my 5 hours I played bc I spent too much time in dynasty testing out recruiting but here goes.....
  2. Goaline defense mechanism needs an overhaul. There should never be a interior hole wide enough to drive a truck through, especially when the offense is in 11 personnel with 3 or more wide receivers. Where is the jump over the pile animation?  The big uglies should clog up the middle in goalline and short yardage runs. 300 lbs Nose tackles dont typical get blown off the ball and pushed back 3-4 yards into the linebackers on goalineruns without a double team block. Too often runners score without being touched vs  goalline D.
  3. In game adjustments should be more adaptive and responsive  to the requested inputs. If I know what's coming and I guess pass & select coverage to play outside, why do DB's still get cooked more often than not on an outside breaking routes vs another user, but when you play the cpu, they cover like Prime and Revis Island? 
  4. Practice mode pass rush be like facing the both Watt brothers, Aaron Donald and Miles Garrett on the D-line at the same time but you get in-game and sometimes you can't get pressure consistently w/o Zero blitzing.  Practice mode pass rush is more realistic and in-game play should mirror that rush moreso than the often times watered down in-game pass rush; especially when guess pass is used when users throw all game without the threat of run.
  5. Contain defense in CFB 25 was not good. Way too easy on stretch runs, jet sweeps, and reverses to get to the edge and break long runs,  plus the pursuit angles were awful, good defenders don't run where the runner is at, they pursue at an angle to where the runner is going.
  6. When is the A.I. going to be more reactive to users running the same plays/concepts over and over but when we play the against the CPU they play lockdown D. Let's keep that same energy in the programming when it's PVP  and have nore adaptive play recognition.
  7. Fix guess run to be more affective, both Saftey's and Corners shouldn't be leaving receivers wide open, that is unrealistic, corners at least should stay home and peak inside, maybe get beat 50/50 when wrong but it shouldn't be an automatic TD if you guess wrong, guess run should primarily be focused on the DL, LB's and SS plugging run fits.
  8. Fix playaction pass blocking. Far too often you get  blockshed like it's Miles Garrett vs an undrafted rookie tackle when attempting a play action pass, the DL be in your face b4 you pull the ball out the backs belly. But you have all day to thrown on a regular pass play. Programming needs adjusting.
