Help please

Im not sure if this is the right place to go but the EA help chat is just a bot, and EA help on x won't reply to my message. So any help is appreciated if you guys have any info!

PS5 Flagged my Gamertag for not following code of conduct. Its PraiseGodbruh (Theo Von reference )

They let me change gamertag for free so whatever, but EA keeps saying unable to connect when I start game I have unlinked that account and when I did that it added the new gamertag so unsure if it unlinked or just refreshed. Either way It still isn't letting me to connect to ultimate team or anything.

Again to be clear it's same account just new gamer tag. I have restored console multiple times.

Any tips to make it work? also, I have seen reddit threads that I will have to restart my entire ultimate I really hope that's not the case.
