Injury timeout but

Please tell me EA fixed the injury timeout bug.   When a player gets hurt, it is an automatic timeout.  This is allowing teams to get multiple "free" timeouts at the end of games.  When a player gets injured, the clock should stop long enough for the player to leave the field and then start when the ball is placed (25 second play clock starts).

1 game, I had the ball with 2:30 left in the game, had the lead and just needed a 1st down to win.  I had to run 10 plays because a player got hurt on 6 plays and the clock stopped.
