Is anyone else’s dynasty experience terrible?

I am usually not the person to complain about video games but this game is just so bad right now. First off the rain bs is just crazy. I heard they fixed it but they didn’t bc I’ve played 5 games this season and 4 have been pouring rain. Second, every time I go hurry up out of any stack formation the receivers line up not stacked for the 2nd play and so on. Again I’m usually not the type of person to complain but something as simple as my guys lining up in the right spot, how was that not addressed before the game went to market or certainly after the first update? The game is missing HUNDREDS of players, I know they did this last year as well but it just makes me wonder why even buy the game before they release the title update that get the rosters to be where they’re supposed to be. Lastly, the recruiting stuff needs to be completely overhauled. I love that they made the portal more dynamic, but I’m in my 5th season of dynasty and I’ve never had more than 80 players on my roster. If I’m losing 40 players between graduation and the portal, then I should have 40 scholarships to give out. Also, the recruiting AI needs improvement, last offseason I needed a QB so I recruited 3 qbs from the portal. I swear to you all 3 went to Tennessee. Just played Tennessee the following season and they have 2 86+ overall senior qbs just sitting on the bench. I loved 25 but this has been really underwhelming so far.
