Missing college football 26 coins

I just bid on the new season 1 wr Tate and after I put my coins down for the bid  the first time my coins didn't return to me until 30secs after, and there was 10m left on the auction so I waited until 40sec left, and then I made another bid until it said I didn't have enough coins so I left and returned to CUT home screen and my coins never returned. I had over 750k, I lost the bid, and now I'm down to about 395k and EA emails me this crap (twice):

It can take time for a purchase to go through and for the items you’ve bought to show up in the game, so make sure you’ve waited at least 24 hours for the content to arrive.
