Recruit Creation

Would like a word on why we can not make recruits for upcoming seasons. Is what is if we can not upload to Madden. Making recruits for the season would still make many people happy. In offline dynasty it doesn't matter. The way it is set up does not make much sense to create after, most transfer, some stay or they get red shirted. Please give us some creativity and answers.  14 had more options and perks.
