Any know how the Spotify integration is supposed to work in CFB 26? Do you have to have a premium account?

You don’t need Spotify Premium just to use the Spotify integration in CFB 26 / C8. A free account works, as long as the car has internet (built-in LTE or hotspot).
That said, Premium gives a smoother experience (no ads, better control, fewer interruptions), which is why most people prefer it in-car.
