What Ea should do with cfb 26 coaching

In my opinion I would love to take over as a coach for a team but when I want to become something like a defensive coordinator I can’t only focus on defense I have to recruit offense too even though I am a defensive coordinator. So I would like Ea to make the coaching game mode more realistic because personally I would play it more if I didn’t have to do all the work for recruiting. And I’m not saying I don’t want to recruit players because I do I just don’t like having to recruit offensive and defensive of players when I’m a defensive coordinator.
