What happen to getting 120 Teams add on from NCAA 14?

Whatever happened to the option to purchase 120 Team Builder slots from NCAA 14? I would always buy the extra slots so I could have multiple Team Builder teams. It was so awesome to have each state represented in the game. Will that ever come back as DC in the store?
