What is the point of redshirting

If your top QB recruit wants to transfer their redshirt freshman year because of Playing Time? This game is so broken than '25. I just started my 3rd Dynasty season and once again, my top recruiting QB wants to transfer because I am redshirting them as a freshman. Finally land a 5-star and because the system thinks I am not going to start them the following year, they want to leave because of Playing Time. This is OUR dynasty, the AI has no clue who I am going to start this year or the next. Please remove Playing Time as a dealbreaker because you all don't know.

Played 21 seasons in '25 and never had this problem redshirting freshman.
