Why is it raining in every game?

Literally every game I play it is raining.  Makes the game really miserable when every pass is a problem, especially since the computer has no problem at all throwing in the rain.  Thanks for making a game that sucks this bad. What do I have to do to get my money back?  How do I even get in contact with a person at EA?  Really, really, really makes me miss the 2k football games even after all of these years.
