Can’t play deluxe

I bought the game while I was at work on my app then I get home try to download the game. Says I own the game but then it won’t download because it’s not compatible with my Xbox. So I just spent $80 to play it early on my off day tomorrow but now it won’t download. I’m not gonna pay for the madden bundle but I bet that it would work if I got that version, it just says installation stopped.
