Conference Sorting Settings on Conference Record Do Not Work

When editing conferences, when you have divisions and have the option to change the sort settings between sorting by division leader or be overall conference record, the overall conference record option does not work. It will take the leader of each division regardless. It's problematic because I like to set divisions and put all users in one side to ensure they play each other without having to fill the whole conference with users. However, when I do that, it ends up having the leader of the user division vs a CPU opponent from the other division that may have 3 conference losses over a user with only 1 conference loss because that user is in the same division as another user. This was present in last year's game as well and has not been fixed as of yet.
