Controlling Multiple Teams in Offline Dynasty

In the old games, we used to have the ability to control multiple teams/coaches within an offline dynasty.  So as an OU fan, I could control the entire Big 12, set up their formation subs and play their games if I wanted.  

Does NCAA26 have this capability?  If so, how does one set that up?   Thanks in advance!
