Dynasty Mode Error Code

I’m constantly receiving error code that dashboard me and have not been able to get out of the 2nd quarter in my Dynasty. Typically right before it happens I’ll be in offense and notice we only have 10 players on the field (Wr or TE missing from formation). Anybody else having this issue?
