Dynasty Mode RPOs are Broken for Me

As per the title, I can't get my QB to not hand off to the HB, therefore making it impossible to pass to the receiver option. It's a hand off every time.

I'm playing as LSU on PS5 and am pressing and holding the X button but it always hands the ball off to the HB. Things work perfectly in practice mode with the exact same plays but for some reason they do not work in my dynasty.

Anyone else experiencing this?

Yep. Oregon in my Dynasty. I've run the same Read Option play a hundred times in previous seasons and years, but now I cannot get the QB to keep the ball no matter what I do. Please fix this.
