Dynasty mode won't load

Whenever I try and start an Online Dynasty, I get a message that says, "No available offers," on the next screen. This happens with Road to CFP as well, so I assume it is any online mode. It seems like the game thinks it's the trial version or something. I have never downloaded the trial version. I purchased the digital Deluxe version for X-Box One S.  Dynasty offline works and so does RTG. Has anyone experienced this?
