Sorry to hear that, losing years of those memories of screenshots and videos is devastating, especially for nothing.
I can't confirm anything, but I can relay my experience, as someone who also plays on ps5 and gets that same code with every crash- When I try an offline dynasty, I've had no crashes. In an online dynasty, (just to use teambuilder, which is dumb to begin with since its a private dynasty, but I digress) I haven't been able to get through a SINGLE game without a crash. From reading other posts, it seems like people who are doing online dynasties even without teambuilder are experiencing crashing, since the underlying issue appears to be with EA servers. If you're looking to do a dynasty in the meantime while waiting for a patch, offline should be ok, based only off my own experience and what I've read from others, but obviously I can't confirm that.
