Error CE-108255-1/Game Crashing

I know there are a ton of posts on this issue as far as the game crashing (in mostly the 1st quarter) when playing online dynasty using teambuilder.

My issue though is, I've followed EA's troubleshooting and have gone as far as resetting my entire PS5. While I have backed up game files, I've lost my entire archive of screenshots and vidoes that I have collected over the years which is pretty devastating. And it was for nothing.

I don't get much time to play the game so when I finally do it would be nice for a game you spent $100 on to actually work.

Can you confirm this only effects teambuilder online dynasty modes? At least I can start a non-teambuilder meanwhile and hope it doesn't crash?
