Game is literally unplayable!

I have tried to play the same game on my online dynasty 4 times today. At the same point in each of the games, the first play right after halftime that I am on offense, I will pick a play, the players will line up completely out of position, but the same play art of the play I picked and then the game will freeze and crash. Like I said, this has happened four times in the two hours. I have checked my Internet connection several times everything is 100% fine. This makes the game absolutely useless and I feel like I wasted my money now. I hope you fix this problem very soon.
