Game keeps locking up

  I play in Dynasty mode with cpu vs cpu. The game locks up every other game. Last time it locked up it was going into overtime. This game is unplayable for me. Does anybody else have this problem? I am playing on a ps 5. I want to report this to easports but I can’t find a link to send it.
