Online Dynasty Not Populating After Update

hello - i was directed here by EA Help. When i went to log in to my online after the most recent update, it was no longer available as an option to choose from. 

support let me know to post this issue here in addition to the case i opened and to work with one of the community managers on this.  thanks in advance for the help troubleshooting/recovering this file!
