I don’t think ea cares about this issue even though it breaks the game if you use a created coach I’ve noticed that over 10yr sim that even if I become real coaches they get way more offers than created coaches 9-1 every time I’ve seen my created coach go 6yrs without and offer and I’ve seen real coaches get fired 3 strait years and a new team will hire them
