Recruiting - Expansion and Walk ons

Only being able to recruiting 35 players should be eliminated. Expand the list to a much larger number, enable walk ons for the guys who don’t have scholarship offers, expand the rosters.

Limited scholarships is realistic but you should be allowed to scout a much larger number. 

When guys transfer out you should have the ability to elevate a walk on who could be a developing diamond in the rough.
