Adjust the coach trust for defense

I feel like on the defensive side of the ball it's too easy to lose coach trust, which leads to getting benched. You can have decent stats with tackles, assists, and even an interception and still have the risk of getting taken out of the game if another defender has a blown coverage or something else that’s out of your control.

A few suggestions I would have is to lower the penalty if it’s not the user making the error, and the other would be it if the offense makes a medium gain and the defense makes a 3rd down stop, that should be positive coach trust. It doesn’t make sense that both cancel each other out and you get zero out of it.
