Are EA servers down?

I give with EA i can't get any help from these people. Madden 26 superstar mode has been down since Sunday Superbowl Sunday. They won't give me  no solution to when they will get this fixed. So  I decide to go play NCAA college football Road to Glory but it I get error message can't connect to EA servers. EA how hard is this you take our money each year but yet we can't play the games you sell us.
