Defensive Grading and Auto-Sub

There seems to be an issue where we are heavily penalized just for 2-3 yard gains. I’m losing -300 coach trust a game just for very MINOR gains the AI offense is getting. It’s causing me to lose a starting spot and any good things I achieve are extremely outweighed by the frequent penalties. I am also subbed out every other player with wear and tear off and fatigue rate slowed despite being the starter. I get maybe 15-20 plays a game and 11 of them are -15 short gains then getting taken out. Very frustrating and not enjoyable of the 5 positions so far.
