Game Overheating during hat selection

Everytime I get to the hat selection it’s causes my PlayStation to over heat 5 seconds after giving the standup prompt. My PlayStation doesn’t feel hot and it doesn’t do it during any other part of the game or any other games I play, so I know it’s not a ventilation issue. Is there a reason it might be overheating or just a glitch that overpowers my console?
