Health bar glitch - Road to Glory

The health bar is grayed out unable to restore health for the next game. I get on the field for one play and then get subbed off because my health is too low. I’m not listed as injured at all. It’s been 3 weeks in the game and still the same problem. The fact that I’m starting each game and getting sent out in the field for the first play of the game is further evidence that my player is healthy. This is definitely a bug that needs to be fixed.
