No punt return or kick return in rtg

If you're good, you can Speed Stars at cornerback and linebacker and safety. 

Been trying to figure this out at CB for 2 days. Using AI and everything.  This feature has been broken since last year and i don't don't know whether to feel disappointed or dumb thinking they would fix it. The effort just isn't there.

Limited positions, minimal updates, copy and pasted bugs because they copy and paste so much, camera angles that don't consider that the person playing is the one who need to see everything, and verbal commitments mean nothing, the physical ability system is poorly thought out. They need to be more spread throughout attribute level requirements. Spread them out from 75-99 instead of everything bunched 80-92.

There's potential, but the ball will be dropped because they act like they're not making billions they can't put back into the franchise smh. The only gaming franchise that makes 2K look great.

They definitely need to add kick/punt returns for RB and WR with high return ability. What’s the point of including a skill that you can’t even utilize?

It’s a huge immersion killer that we can't play special teams in RTG this year. It makes the mode feel incomplete compared to the classics. I've actually been spending time archiving my old NCAA highlights, and being able to restore old gaming photos and upscale images has been the only way to keep those retro memories looking sharp on 4K screens.

It seems like a major oversight in the game's simulation logic. Special teams are a vital part of a player's journey to the draft. I’ve been exploring some  creative AI gameplay logic patterns to see how these career paths could be better structured in future mods or patches.

RTG is all about building your legend, and not having the chance to return kicks definitely hurts the highlight reel. In this NIL era, your digital identity is everything. Even beyond the field, having  professional athlete profile portraits  is now a standard part of building a credible presence for modern college stars.

Hopefully, EA addresses this in the next title update because it’s a core part of the college football experience. While waiting for a fix, I’ve been using a custom blocky avatar creatorto represent my RTG player in our community Discord—it's a fun way to stay engaged while the game is bugged.
