Road To Glory: My saved data for all of players is completely gone

Earlier today, I closed out of the tab while advancing to the next week while playing Road to Glory with my quarterback. After that, it seems as if I can no longer play as the other Road to Glory players I’ve created. I can’t make a save file for any other players I try to create. How do I fix this issue?

    It happened to me this morning dose anybody know how I can get it back?

    I had this happen but I was able to get my data back. I backed out of RTG, pressed RT to refresh and when I went back in my players were still there. Hopefully this works for y’all.
