Road to glory physical route runner

When I am playing road to glory as a physical route runner, I cannot access the abilities 50/50 or Sure Hands. This is because when upgrading the “Hands” category with my skill points it does not show Spectacular catch or Catch in traffic. This makes progression impossible and ruins the experience. I have tried every program with every star rating and the issue still pursues. Please fix
