Re: Missing pre-order bonus content in College Ultimate Team

So, I got the popup that said my 50 skill points were available for preordering but they never actually went into the game. Put in a ticket but it just keeps going back to the support page and not letting me reply to it. Would rather not restart halfway through the season, any ideas?
