Challenges not loading

Same, have you found a fix yet?

Same here. Tried redownloading and still not working. Is it still not working for you? 

Really need this fixed. Redownloaded 3 times and still can’t access challenges. 

Anyone else having this issue?

My friend and I have the same problem, game doesn’t freeze cuz music still changes and I’ve put two claims in to EA with an expected no reply. Classic stuff and I’m sure we all are gonna miss out on the preorder challenges. Just glad to know I’m not the only one, sorry boys

No fix, sent a lengthy email hoping for them to give something for lost time and just being the worst customer service out there

I am also having the same problem. This is very frustrating as we all spent extra money to get the game before it fully releases and we can’t even access preorder content. There should be some sort of in game compensation for this as everyone who is having this problem spent their own hard earned money to get the game early. Please fix this EA or you’ve lost a customer.

Tried to make a new account since they said it’s an issue with the Xbox, clearly not. Challenges load on a random account I made but I don’t want that since I already spent money on the game. Still trying to fix it myself since EA is playing with rocks and eating crayons id assume

Anyone figure out anything? I’m so scared
