Screwed out of my preorder Money!!! Please help!

I paid and pre-ordered 26 and now it says 50 skill points awarded but the skill points never show up for the player so I can use them. I’ve tried all the “so-called” tricks and nothing works! This is worth refunding me at this point!!!
