Still can not graduate early

Edit: After more simulations, my conclusion, it works sometimes.  That is an improvement over never, but in 2/6 tests I did with a 4.0 three years did my player graduate early. 

After some testing, regardless of what it says, you have to get a 4.0 all three years.  I had a 4.0, 4.0, 3.8, no graduation.  I had a 4.0, 4.0, 4.0, graduated in three years (as a redshirt, so had two more seasons with no class).
