Custom start times

Should be allowed to choose start times in dynasty mode when creating a custom schedule. Also, would like the times options to be either 12:00, 3:30, 7:00/7:30 or 10:15 if ur on the west. Don’t really understand why games are being kicked off at 2:00, 6:00, 9:00, etc.
